AI platforms built for people

People do their work through context, relationships, decisions and shared outputs. They know things about the client, ask a colleague to challenge an idea, return to an earlier attempt and make something another person can use. A software product for AI needs to account for that.

A chat box can be a useful starting point. It asks a lot of the person using it, though: understand the problem, supply the knowledge, choose an approach and judge the answer. An agency needs a way to share those responsibilities and carry useful context between people.

A platform should carry the work, not just the conversation.

Design for the whole piece of work

A proposal illustrates the problem. The outcome is a credible argument a prospective client can act on. It needs a brief, knowledge of the prospect, relevant evidence, a delivery plan and several people's judgement. The first generated answer is one contribution to that job.

Hollee gives the continuing team context a Workspace and the particular job a Project. Approved knowledge supplies facts and methods. Specialist Agents have defined jobs. A Workflow makes stages and decisions visible. An Artefact gives the team an output it can review and edit.

A Brand Book keeps approved identity and language close to the work. A Template provides the structure of the result. These are different kinds of guidance, and the team should be able to understand and change them without having to hide everything in one enormous prompt.

Help people contribute their judgement

A newer colleague needs a useful starting point and examples they can learn from. An experienced colleague needs room to challenge the direction and apply expertise. The person responsible for release needs to understand what has been decided, what evidence supports it and what remains uncertain.

The software should make those contributions easier. It should also make the relevant knowledge available within the right access boundary. Connecting work must not blur the responsibilities or permissions around it.

Models will keep changing. The agency's standards, knowledge and methods need somewhere they can be maintained and used with the capability appropriate to the job.

Hollee is built by agency people around that working reality. The software, its configuration and the 90-day adoption programme help the team practise a shared way of working and improve it through use.
