Library: knowledge behind the work

Library: knowledge behind the work

An agency's best work draws on things a general AI model cannot know: the client's history, the reasoning behind a decision, a strong previous campaign, the house style and the details someone remembers because they were there. Hollee Library gives those materials a shared home.

It holds source documents, research, media and saved work so the team can find what it needs and decide which knowledge should inform its AI work. That distinction matters. A file being stored somewhere is different from the right file being available when someone starts a job.

Put the useful knowledge to work

Start with the materials people already rely on. A client brief, approved messaging, previous work, audience research and the agency's own methods are more useful than a folder full of documents nobody has reviewed. Keep the original source and the team's interpretation recognisable, and retire versions that have been replaced.

The organisation Library can hold reusable material. A Workspace selects the approved knowledge that should inform work there. A Project keeps the brief and sources for that particular job. A specialist Agent can have narrower knowledge for its role. Putting a document into Library does not automatically feed it into every conversation.

Give the next person a better start

Take an agency preparing a new proposal. The team needs the client's brief, relevant credentials, approved case studies and its own approach to the problem. Keeping those sources together gives a strategist somewhere useful to begin and a reviewer something concrete to check against. It also reduces the repeated work of asking who has the latest version.

Save the useful result too. The next proposal can benefit from what the team learned, while the client's private material stays within its own access boundary. Shared capability does not mean sharing one client's knowledge with another.

Library still needs an owner. Someone must decide what is current, what is approved and what should be removed from active use. During Hollee's 90-day adoption programme, building that habit is part of making the software useful in everyday work.
