An agency is the work. New business. Client relationships. Campaigns that have to go out. We do not turn up, pick one small task and ask everyone else to wait. We arrive with Hollee ready for the agency, launch it with the whole team, train everyone across the platform and get people using it straight away. Then we go three times round.
First time round: get using it
Month one is noisy in the best way. People explore. A pitch team tries it on a live brief. An account lead uses it to get on top of a client problem. A delivery team brings it into a campaign already moving. People find quicker ways through familiar jobs and start to trust their own hands on the system.
We watch closely. What did we miss? What suddenly matters now that the whole agency is using it? Where does someone need a hand? We fix the gaps, coach the people who are stuck and keep everyone moving. The first useful result matters because it makes the next attempt easier.
Second time round: push the work
By month two, people are getting confident. Now we ask more of the system and of ourselves. Bigger projects come through. Teams use more parts of Hollee, together. Projects keep the brief, people and outputs in one place. Workflows help a team carry the job through its stages.
This is where we push quality. Are the ideas stronger? Is client knowledge actually in the work? Can the next person pick it up without a long explanation? We review real outputs with the team, change what is weak and try again. New business, client management and campaign delivery all keep moving.
Third time round: break through
By round three, work that seemed impossible at launch starts to move. A bigger pitch. A campaign that joins up properly. A new kind of client service. We put it through real projects and see how far the team can take it.
We teach the next skills and approaches as those ambitions appear. We change the coaching and the platform to meet people where they are now. This is where the real breakthroughs can happen: the team has used the system, pushed it, found its limits and learned how to go further.
Why people need all three
People have always learned by doing, succeeding, watching others and having another go. Albert Bandura’s work on confidence showed how succeeding at a task can make someone more willing to tackle the next one. The COM-B model of behaviour says people need the ability, the opportunity and the motivation to act. We give them the training, a ready platform and real work from day one. Then we keep building skill and ambition with them.
More recent UK research on AI training calls for practice tied to people’s jobs, with support and room to repeat. It does not prescribe a 90-day timetable. We choose 90 days to get the whole agency using the platform, push the quality and go after work people previously thought was out of reach.
